David Hickey, President & Chief Executive Officer
David Hickey brings Lumeta more than 20 years of technology industry experience and is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. Prior to joining Lumeta, Hickey was the CEO of Incurrent Solutions where he managed the company through a turnaround and led the company through a successful acquisition by Online Resources Corp. Before Incurrent, Hickey was COO and President of Quality Systems & Software’s North American Operations where hehelped grow the business from $0 to approximately $30 million in revenue, and participated in the company’s successful sale to Telelogic. Hickey also held senior management positions at Zycad Corporation and Hazeltine Corporation. Hickey holds a BS in business management, summa cum laude, from the New York Institute of Technology. Hickey currently is a member of Edison Venture’s CEO Network and Governor Jon Corzine’s Economic Growth Advisory Council, and served as an outside board member of MDY Advanced Technologies, recently acquired by Computer Associates.

Janet Coddington, Chief Financial Officer
Janet Coddington brings more than a decade of experience to Lumeta and is responsible for managing the company’s finances and providing strategic direction during all phases of the company’s growth, including venture funding and corporate expansion. Prior to joining Lumeta, Coddington was the VP, Finance for Telelogic which had acquired Quality Systems & Software, where Coddington was the Controller. Coddington’s career also includes serving as the Director of Finance for Networld. Coddington holds a BS in accounting from East Stroudsburg University.

Michael Markulec, Chief Operating Officer
Michael Markulec has over 20 years of experience in computer networking and software. Michael’s experience is a combination of proven operational capabilities and the ability to plan and execute growth strategies resulting in significant returns. At Lumeta, Michael is responsible for both operational and strategic leadership of Lumeta’s Network Assurance solutions and the development of the IPsonar® product suite.  Michael also leads Lumeta’s marketing, product management and customer relations activities.

Michael is a sought after speaker and presenter on a variety of networking and security topics, most notably networking issues and mandates in the federal government, such as IPv6 transition and the Trusted Internet Connections initiative. Michael serves on the NJ Innovation Partnership Institute advisory board, which develops information technology curriculum for high schools and colleges. Michael is an elected Committeeman in Hopewell Township, NJ where his general areas of responsibility include economic development. Prior to joining Lumeta in 2001, Michael was the COO of nex-i.com, a data network service provider, where he played an instrumental role in that company’s successful acquisition by Eureka Broadband. Michael has also held senior sales and operations positions AT&T’s data network group, Niehoff of America, Pirelli Cable and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Michael holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Norwich University and an MBA from Duke University.

Thomas Kreidler, Vice President of Worldwide Sales
With more than 35 years of experience in the IT industry, Tom brings substantial business development experience in product, service, networking and integration companies in both government and commercial markets. As vice president of worldwide sales for Lumeta, Tom is responsible for the efforts of the entire sales team and partner organization. Early in his career, Tom managed large commercial accounts at Burroughs Corporation and Unisys. Additionally, he spent 15 years at Sun Microsystems Public Sector, where he served in senior leadership posts, including president, and expanded revenue from $30 million to $1.7 billion. He was also as vice president and general manager of Juniper Networks' federal systems division.

Prior to joining Lumeta, Tom served as president, Liquid Computing Federal where he oversaw federal operations, strategy and business development initiatives.

Tom is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Security Affairs Support Association (SASA), and the Navy League. He has also served on the Boards of Directors for the National and International Centers for Missing and Exploited Children, National Science Centre and St. Mary's College.

Valerie Clayton, Vice President, North American Sales
Valerie Clayton brings Lumeta more than 20 years of sales experience in technology organizations. Clayton is responsible for Lumeta’s business development activities in the Federal market. Clayton joins Lumeta after spending more than a decade at BMC Software in various sales leadership positions. Prior to BMC Software, Clayton held sales and services positions at PSI International, VM Software and Computer Sciences Corporation. Clayton holds a BS in mathematics from Pennsylvania State University.

Ned Weintraub, Vice President, Business Development
Ned Weintraub brings nearly 15 years of sales leadership developing and executing high growth strategies for a variety of markets and is currently responsible for the development and execution of Lumeta’s new region growth strategy. Prior to Lumeta, Weintraub was the Director of Sales at Nex-i.com where he led the company's explosive sales growth, ultimately leading to its successful acquisition by Eureka GGN.
